“FAB BOYA” plant: The company’s first production facility, operating since 2001. It produces water-based, synthetic, and cellulose-based paints, varnishes, and solvents.

“FAB POLİMERLƏR” plant: Operating since 2006, it produces PVA-based adhesives, acrylic binders, and various polymer products.

“FABKİM” Dry Construction Mixtures plant: Commissioned in 2012, this fully automated facility produces cement-based tile adhesives, plasters, grouts, and waterproofing materials. Its product portfolio includes FABKİM STANDART, FABKİM POOL, FABKİM İZOFLEX, FABKİM FLEX FUGA, FUGASİL, and others.

“HILL FAN” plastic products plant: Established in 2012, it manufactures PVC and PPRC water and sewage pipes, cable ducts, tile profiles, wallpaper accessories, spiral pipes, window sills, and other plastic construction products. In 2015, a new production line for water pipes based on German technology was launched.

 

“NEOTEK” electrical cables plant: Operating since 2023, it is equipped with modern German and Turkish machinery. The plant produces a wide range of electrical cables in compliance with international standards.
