“FAB Paint and Chemical Industry LLC” was established on April 24, 2001 in Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan. The company began its operations under the slogan “Those who benefit know it” (“Faydasını alanlar bilər”) , starting with the production of construction paints and solvents.

Based on a sustainable development strategy, FAB has gradually expanded its production capacity, technological capabilities, and product range, becoming a diversified corporate group covering various sectors of construction and industry.

Today, FAB is not only a paint manufacturer but also one of Azerbaijan’s leading industrial enterprises operating in the fields of polymers, plastic products, dry construction mixtures, and electrical cable production. The company makes a significant contribution to the development of the country’s industrial sector through its innovative approach, high quality standards, and modern production infrastructure. Currently, “FAB Paint and Chemical Industry LLC” operates five production facilities: FAB BOYA, POLİMERLƏR, FABKİM, HILL FAN, and NEOTEK.

With a strong focus on human capital development and innovation, the company established FAB Academy in 2014. The first building is equipped with modern measurement and testing instruments manufactured in Germany and the United Kingdom, and includes Quality Control, Research and Development (R&D) laboratories, a conference hall, and training rooms. Various professional development and training programs are organized for school students, university students, craftsmen, and company employees.

In 2015, the second building of FAB Academy was commissioned. It hosts quality control laboratories for “HILL FAN” plastic products and “FABKİM” dry construction mixtures based on modern standards.

In 2016, premium segment paint products under the “MEGA Group” brand were introduced to the market based on the scientific research potential of FAB Academy.
